ABOUT YOUR ORDER
When you place an order with us, please keep in mind that all of our products are handmade to order and we only carry a limited amount of inventory. We do not have all sizes and styles readily available so please allow 3-4 weeks for creation and delivery of your item. You will receive tracking notification as soon as your order ships.
If you are ordering this item for an event or need it by a specific date, contact us to see if we have your size in stock; if we have your style and size in stock, we will ship it to you within 1-2 business days after placing your order, otherwise it will take at least 3 weeks for us to print, cut and sew your item and another 5-7 days for shipping. In most cases, your item will be shipped directly from our factory if we do not have it readily available.
Since your order is custom handcrafted just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Please double check the size chart for your size using the measurements we've provided. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. 
REPLACEMENTS
  • We offer a replacement for defective items if notified within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please email proof/images of defective product to help@shopmaico.com and include your order number.
  • Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not take returns, however we do offer a one-time courtesy exchange for first time customers if your item does not fit and if the item is returned to us in new condition.
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping when exchanging for a different size.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
  • We process orders within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 5pm EST will be processed on the following Monday.
  • Once you place your order, it cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
  • Allow 3-4 weeks from the time that you make your purchase for processing & delivery.
EXISTING ORDERS
  • Once you place your order, we process it within 1-2 business days.
  • When contacting us about an existing order, please include your order number.
  • If your item has not arrived within 30 days for apparel and 45 days for home decor products, shoes or bags after having ordered, contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)

Local customers may visit us or pick up items in-store at Mai&Co, 8312 E. Twelve Mile Road, Warren, MI 48093. We are open Monday-Friday from 2pm-7pm and by appointment only on the weekends. Please make prior arrangements to pick up items with us via the contact form below or we will ship items as they become ready.
